Heal your body, naturally. I’m an experienced Massage Therapy Professional and a firm believer in a holistic approach to healing. The human body is made up of the mind, body, and spirit. All three must be in working order, so that a free flow of energy is achieved. Through my practice, I work hard to release this energy and promote well-being.

Natural Healing

With Cranialsacral therapy, patients claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session.  Cranialsacral work is very gentle, but very effective. I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.

Balance Your Chi

Holistic medicine is a broad range of medical practices that are based on many years of tradition. With my Reflexology treatment, your body and mind will feel free and clear of all worries and stressors that life places upon us. I’m trained in a variety of holistic techniques that will surely help to heal you both mentally and physically.

An Ancient Science

Trigger Point Therapy is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. As a certified Massage Therapy Professional, I help patients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments.

What to expect

Silentium Massage Therapy is a wellness clinic which offers various modalities for the health and recovery of soft tissue injuries and stress.  I have been fortunate to work within a variety of settings - a chiropractor's office, a fitness center, and also massage clinics - before launching Silentium (Latin for "stillness").  My techniques included myofascial release, deep tissue therapy, cranial sacral therapy, reflexology and trigger point therapy. My clients refer to my work as being in the category of a medical massage, since I release trigger points and adhesions where I find them. And, because I can customize a massage to work a specific area of pain or tension in a very detailed way, I also have a very sports massage-like focus.  My primary intention during each massage is to free up holding patterns, to lengthen the muscles fibers and release restrictions, to promote healthy circulation which restores oxygenation to the tissues, and to facilitate lymph flow.  My focus is also on identifying areas of restriction in the muscle fibers that are holding the body in maladaptive or "less than ideal" postural patterns.  And, of course, it is my aim to do all of this while providing a very relaxing and centering massage.  I check in often regarding optimal pressure to ensure that your comfort and therapy goals are being met.  When the session is over, my desire is that you leave feeling freer, that it feels better to be "in your skin", that range of motion has been restored, pain decreased and you have a deep sense of well-being. (Below are a few photos of exterior of the building where I am located, as well as the waiting area... I will have photos to post of my actual massage room soon).
